Bravo Biltong is a Canadian startup launching a premium, healthy snack brand. South African-style air-dried beef, proudly Canadian, 30g protein per bag, no artificial preservatives. They needed content to introduce the founders, communicate the brand story, educate consumers on the product, and build both awareness and engagement for fundraising and early sales.
Early-stage startup with no existing content. Everything needed to be built from scratch: the visual identity, the product shots, the story, and a reusable asset library the founders could pull from across social, pitch decks, and e-commerce.
For a startup, every piece of content has to work harder. The founder story video had to serve fundraising pitches, social media, and website. The 5 short-form product videos each tackled a different angle: what biltong is, how it's made, protein content, flavor comparison, and alternatives to shakes. The product photos had to cover e-commerce, social posts, and print. The B-roll library gave them months of social content without needing another shoot.
I planned the entire package as a single production cycle: 7 videos, full product photography, and a 34-clip B-roll library, all designed to maximize output from one shoot day.
