A Toronto townhome development for Teravie, mid-construction. Nothing to shoot but renderings and site photos. We turned what they had into film: the actual site transforming into the finished grounds, rooms going from roughed-in to done, and interiors that feel lived in.
Real estate sells on how a place feels. A development that is still a construction site has nothing to feel. The renderings were flat, the site was mud, and the launch could not wait for the build to finish. The job was to make buyers feel the finished home before a single unit existed.
We decided the shots, the motion, and the story, then picked the right tool for each one: generate it, animate it, or finish it in post. The thinking is still the job. Every frame is directed and graded so it reads as film, not a generated clip, and so it never looks like AI.
